Ideal backgrounds include Clinical Specialists, RNs, PAs, perfusionists or medical-device applications professionals, particularly those with cardiovascular, transplant, vascular, CPB or ECMO experience.
· Serve as field clinicalexpert by maintaining advanced knowledge of cardiovascular physiology,transit-time flow measurement, waveform interpretation, and evolving clinicalapplications through continuous professional development.
· Conduct physician education, advancedapplication support, and clinical training following the initial e or during strategically identified evaluations, in partnership with theassigned Area Sales Manager or Sales Director.
· Conduct post-install implementationvisits to ensure successful integration into clinical practice.
· Develop adoption plans for newlyinstalled hospitals.
· Work with new and existing users toincrease clinical utilization, reinforce best practices, and identifyopportunities for broader adoption within the institution.
· Identify barriers limiting adoptionand work with customers to overcome them.
· Conduct advanced educationalsessions including:
o waveform interpretation
o graft assessment
o flow optimization
o best practices
o quantitative decision making
o interpretation of difficult orborderline measurements
o Troubleshooting
